Altin Basak 50 #3004. I tried to make it like the poles where they weave the ribbons together.

Abbreviations
DR = Dimpled ring. Join to picot on same ring for heart shape
^ = small picot for joining
- - = medium picot. Original has 1½ inch before closing.
- - - = long picot. Original has length of credit card
(a) = identification of picots for ease of joining
SLT = shoe lace trick. Tie threads to switch positions

Starts at neck with shuttle and ball. Put paperclip over thread for mock picot.
